Where can I track my order?

Simply follow the 'Track My Order' link on our website or visit the following link and enter your tracking details https://www.ordertracker.com/

My order hasn't arrived?

Well, that's no good. Please use the tracking information provided in your order to determine where it might be. You can also use 'Track My Order' on our website or use www.ordertracker.com and enter your tracking number. If you cannot locate your tracking number please email us at contact@smoods.com.au and we can check for you. If your item is recorded as been delivered and/or left in a safe place by the courier, please check around your home, with neighbours or any parcel collection point before checking with your local post office in case it has been taken there. If you have not received your order please contact us.  

What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-2 business days to process your order under most circumstances as our products are shipped directly from our warehouse overseas it takes 7 to 10 business days to deliver it to you.

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide!

Where are you located?

Our office is located in Gold Coast, Australia. Our warehouses are located overseas.

What payment methods do you offer? 

We have credit card & debit cards payment facilities on our website. We also offer Apple Pay, PayPal and Afterpay and others.

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

That's no good! Please contact us directly via contact@smoods.com.au so we can resolve this issue for you.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply email us a picture of the damaged item in question to contact@smoods.com.au and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible. Please note that once the item has been worn we are unable to replace the item.

 I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologise for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance, local courier delays and COVID-19. You can however track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel that you need assistance in tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at contact@smoods.com.au

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
