Shipping policy

Paying for shipping is probably one of the most boring things to spend money on as a customer and we get that, so we offer free shipping from just 6 pairs. Under 6 pairs, the shipping cost is $6.50 AUD or approx. $4.50 USD based on conversion.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation with your order number and order information. All orders are shipped within 48 hours no matter the time of the year. However we aspire to ship all orders within 12 hours of receiving them.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you should receive an email with a shipping confirmation which includes tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update once dispatched. You can also track your order via our website at 'Track My Order' or via www.ordertracker.com. If you do not receive your tracking information please contact us at support@smoods.com and we will be able to update you with your tracking information. 

Delivery is expected within 7-10 days to most countries. Please be aware that all our products are dispatched directly from our warehouse located overseas. This allows us to send our products worldwide for everyone to enjoy at an affordable shipping rate. If you are purchasing our product for a gift or special occasion, please take our shipping times into consideration. While unexpected, delays may be experienced clearing customs or via your local courier company in getting your parcel to you. Smoods is not liable for any shipping delays once in the hands of the courier which are not within our control. Note, postage is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 but not all orders are impacted.

Smoods is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes on international orders. Please read up on your countries laws and regulations before placing an international order as we cannot control these fees. Once shipped, orders cannot be returned to sender and Smoods will not pay any customs charges on your behalf. If you fail to pay any customs charges your parcel may be abandoned and Smoods will not be liable for any loss of funds in this case.
