Well, that's no good. Please use the tracking information provided in your order to determine where it might be. If you cannot locate your tracking number please email us at contact@smoods.com.au and we can check for you. If your item is recorded as been delivered and/or left in a safe place by the courier, please check around your home, with neighbours or any parcel collection point before checking with your local post office in case it has been taken there. If you have not received your order please contact us.
What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 1-2 business days to process your order under most circumstances as our products are shipped directly from our warehouse overseas it takes 7 to 10 business days to deliver it to you.

We are sorry to hear that. Simply email us a picture of the damaged item in question to contact@smoods.com.au and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible. Please note that once the item has been worn we are unable to replace the item.

We apologise for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance, local courier delays and COVID-19. You can however track your order and see where it is at any time.
